What is affected by these 2 areas shown in my screenshots? Can someone help explain?

The second color for swatches is the text color for things like buttons.
The header small size is the size of a small segment on a header (h1-h6
)

I had no idea what segments were. Had to look up the Header Pro demo file. There are truly so many amazing things you can do with https://foundationstacks.com and https://www.bigwhiteduck.com/stacks/headerpro/.
