Foundry Navigation Highlight Question

Hi all

I’m trying to get a highlight in the Foundry navigation but also have an underline too. I’ve attached a grab of the design (with the line) and another of what I’ve got in RapidWeaver so far.

I guess it’ll be some clever CSS but I don’t have a clue!
