I have a Web site that I have published previously. Now when I go to publish I get a very strange FTP error I have never seen before and I can’t get it to publish. Here is a screen print of the error. 
check the server settings I have had ISP change how things work on me in the past and got errors. They did this to me with out notice. Really frustrating
Fixed the issue by just creating a new publishing FTP. Don’t know what happened to the old settings but new one works fine.
