Go CMS bullet and numbered lists

Anyone experienced with Go CMS know how to apply bulleted or numbered lists to existing text?

Seems to me that you have to add the list and then type in manually but hoping I’m wrong on this. If you select existing text and then ‘apply’ bullets/numbers to it, the original text disappears leaving just a generic new list.

I’m aware this can be done by inserting markdown and pasting text into the markdown section - however my clients will glaze over if I mention markdown!

Nope. It’s a limitation. I asked Mike about it and he confirmed this is the way it works.
