Google Indexing Of Site Not Displaying What I Want

Hey group. When I Google my company, Steve Peterson and Associates, I’m not getting the text in my description field and description meta tag but rather a description that’s describing an image on that page. Attached is what my google search looks like.

Search engines choose the description they want to use. There is no way to “force” them to use a description. As a rule, most of the time they use the meta description field.

Your site has two meta description tags. Maybe one from Foundations and one from the RW page.

You should only have one. Still no guarantee that the search engines will use this, but with two they maybe not sure what to use.
