The effect you are looking for is often called a masonry grid, because the blocks look like bricks in a wall.
All three of the above would require that you have the Stacks plugin:

In addition to what Will gave you, @instacks has Gallery 3 that has the masonry styling. Check out the demo page and scroll down to find that style.
It like most modern RapidWeaver add-ons requires the stacks plugin.
