HELP! Since I updated to Rapidweaver 8.7 all it does is crash!

I updated to 8.7 the other day and I have only been able to open it twice and now it crashes all the time and I CAN’T WON’T OPEN OR IT OPENS THEN CRASHES!!! I get a “Problem Details and System Configuration”.

I am running an older Mac (iMac 24-inch, Early 2009)
with OS X El Capitan (that’s the max that it can upgrade to). It worked great BEFORE I did the update!
CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP! I need this issue to be fixed ASAP!

I’m not sure how far back v8.7 supports, but you can re-download your previous version on the release notes page for RapidWeaver to get you back to where you were:
