What is the best way to layout easycms. I have watched the videos from JW, but the example is for just a one page site. If I have a site of 3 editable pages, does every page get its own admin page, or can everything be handled on one page, say divided into 3 sections so its all on one page?

Entirely up to you, on small sites I use a single admin page with tabs
