How do I correct a Rapidweaver 7 error?

I’ve been trying to get my 5.4.1 website to load in Rapidweaver 7 and I keep getting the message:

RapidWeaver could not upgrade your project to the .rw format as a file already exists with the name ‘CarolPack.com.rw’. Please move the existing project file to another location and re-open ‘CarolPack.com.rwsw’.

I don’t know how to follow those directs. I’ve tried, but nothing seems to work. I’m afraid of losing my website and don’t know how to fix this. I’ve used Rapidweaver for several years because it was simple to use, but it doesn’t seem to be as simple anymore.
