How to add a link for inquiries

Hello, I would like to add a text link that will allow a client to make an inquiry about a specific item. It needs to send me either a specific question or form with the attached page or area they are on. The pages that will be used are created in Image Plus by doobox “Popup images with info section” housed Grid Stack by doobox.

The “the info section” is where I will have the link. Any Ideas?

You could have more than one contact form, simply link the item to the form. Or a single contact form with a drop-down box for the different items. Doobox do a contact form that is customisable.
