How to link to LinkedIn profile

hello,

I have an external link to a LinkedIn profile, When i click on it I get the following error:
The requested URL /Contact/www.linkedin.com/in/paolagarau was not found on this server.
Apache/2.2.22 (Ubuntu) Server at www.mensframe.nl Port 80

I don’t understand why the link is not working.
I have made a copy from the profile on the LinkedIn website.
Then I have placed a linkedIn icon on my site as a image and made a link of it to the profile on the LinkedIn site.
Is this the correct way to do this or not?

That link isn’t correct. It should be just www.linkedin.com/in/paolagarau

The original link is linking to your contact page

Don’t know how you made the link but external links should start with https:// or http://:

https://www.linkedin.com/in/paolagarau
