How to load a page from BOTTOM?

Hello!

I’m building a site where I want the homepage to load so that the viewer sees the bottom of the page first.

I assume I need to establish an anchor point where the page should focus upon when opening. I’ve searched the forum archives for info how to set a target location for a page as it opens, but have found nothing. I’ve seen a few other sites that load and open to positions than the top of a page, so I know it can be done.

But…how? (Hopefully without having to learn to CSS or other code…)

BTW, I use Joe Workman’s Foundation for this project.
