Image & Text vs. Image in a Grid Issue (Beta 12)

Version 10 (22909) BETA (Plus license)

When using the Image & Text Element, the image file is smaller than if I just put the image into a grid item. No idea why this is happening. I tried playing with various settings in the inspector. I am at a loss.

The Image & Text Component automatically scales the file, whereas if you just add an image using the Image Component you get full control of the sizing.
