Impact stack not scaling video?

I’m using the Impact stack in a Foundation website.

I have a couple of short videos in the Impact stack, but when I make the browser window width larger than the video width it shows incorrectly. Is this normal? Impact seems to scale images correctly but does it/should it do the same for videos?

I just took a look at your site and stretched the browser to be equivalent to a 26" monitor and it seems to be scaling appropriately.

Would you be able to take a screen shot ⌘+⇧+3 and upload it so we can se what you are seeing?

Absolutely, yes it does scale video and your site scales fine for me with Safari twice the width of a 27" iMac 5K

Weirdly, I republished my entire site and it seemed to work fine, but I left it and after a bit it did it again.

So it sounds like it starts out fine and then after running for a pit you see the picture above. It that correct?

####A couple other questions that would help in diagnosing the issue.

  • What browser and version are you using?
  • How long does it take for you to see the grey box?
  • Does it happen to every video or only a particular video?
  • If you duplicate the page and strip out everything but Impact does it still happen?

Yes exactly.

  • Safari browser 9.0.2 (11601.3.9)
  • I usually let the slideshow run through one or two times, then maybe go off on another page or tab in the browser, come back and then resize, usually that seems to do it.
  • Both the videos are effected.
  • Refreshing the page fixes it

Weird, What happens it you put another impact on the page with the same slides, but using the default configuration?
