Inspector window does not open

I can not get the Inspector window information Rapid Weaver open , so I can not access any of my settings or plugins projects .

Please , you can help me ??
I have to do ??

I tried to repair disk permissions and not solved .

@mirandavisual - can you give the steps Brian provided a try: Cannot access the Inspector in RW 6.3.4
