A wonderful way to learn or improve your skills is to practice recreating designs like these using Stacks.

This tends to a be a good place for finding design inspiration:
Third link down on the left (landing pages) is where you will find most of the webpage designs.
I would not recommend copying a single design like-for-like. But you can hand pick a dozen or so designs you like, and take the best bits from them.
