Can I install RW8, same license, on my LT & DT computer? I carry my MBair and use a mini for my DT.

Yes you can
But do be careful to work up a strategy for carefully managing (e.g. synching) both your projects and add-ons.
DropBox may not be your best option. Many have found iCloud (more) reliable.
Strongly suggest testing file integrity before embarking on any work whose outcome is critical.
