I upgraded to RapidWeaver 8 yesterday.

In doing so, it seems I’m now unable to save or export. I’m using Michael David’s Codex theme.

When I go to export, this is the error I’m getting.

Any thoughts on how to fix this?

The podcast file ‘/Users/jaacobbowden/Desktop/Jaacob/Websites/Podcasts/Danielle-Tucker-Golf-Club-Radio-Show-Jaacob-Bowden-Sterling-Irons-SMG-06-09-2018.mp3’ for entry ‘4th Guest Appearance on the Golf Club Radio Show’ could not be exported. We suspect this is caused by a plugin, please notify the developer of this problem.

if i’m reading that stack trace correctly it looks like that’s the internal Blog plugin.

we should flag @dan and @tpbradley to make sure they know.

Did you update to 8.1.3 as well?

Ah, good thinking.

I tried to update just now and I’m getting this message:

“RapidWeaver can’t be updated when it’s running from a read-only volume like a disk image or an optical drive. Move RapidWeaver to Applications folder using Finder, relaunch it from there, and try again.”

But…interestingly, RapidWeaver 8 is in Applications.

Any idea what gives?
