JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content and RW 7

Hello-

Does anyone know if RW 7 generated sites still get the ‘Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content’ from google page speed tests?

I know some will say, “Who cares, google does it funny.” But then again, I think we can all agree whether Google does it funny or not, its still google and its best to keep google happy.
