I just purchased the beta and downloaded it. Will it update to the latest build? I am missing the section component. Version 22880
The section component is no longer available. You can create a section using a container.

I too just purchased the beta (Plus version). Please please please tell me that the one-year subscription will start from the release date of Elements, and not today. I would like to know that my full-year subscription does NOT include unfinished software that I can’t use for real projects yet!

Your yearly subscription starts the moment you purchased the Elements beta. We have put a lot of details on the beta purchase page that outlines this, sorry if it still wasn’t clear.
However, don’t panic. If you’d like you can email support and we’ll issue you a full refund, you can then wait until the final version of Elements ships later this year.

Timelines change… that launch date is clearly not going to happen. We’ve been saying for a while the public beta will ship in 2025.
There’s a thing called the iron-triangle. It has three points. Features, Quality, and Time. You can only have two, you can’t have all three.
Hopefully, it’s clear what two points we chose!

It is! Especially since RM has been completely responsive to the community, addressing almost every single feature request. I suspect even more will be implemented in the not-too-distant future. Features and quality will win the day as long as the timeline doesn’t stretch too far. RM is onto something truly brilliant with Elements, and it’s great to see it coming to life!
