Left floating image stack not displaying properly in Firefox

I have a simple left floating image stack in a page. It displays correctly in Safari/Chrome, but not in Firefox.

For me the left image comes up centered in an 800 pixel box, pushing the text into a 50-100 pixel column… very strange!
