I ordered and paid on Friday past Rapidweaver and squash.
I never received any e-mail with the licence codes and after several exchanges Aaron sent me some links which did not work. Just arrived at a log in page for paddle.
I have requested again the licence details but have not yet had a reply.
Is this the normal service - it states in the support area 24 x 7 support.
It also worries me that perhaps the web software may not be up to the job as I assume Rapidweaver will have been used to build the website.
Needless to say I have become very frustrated as I cannot move on.
Do you try logging into Paddle? That is how Rapidweaver distributes their software when it’s purchased off the site (instead of the App Store for example).
It’s been a while since I created my paddle account so I don’t know if it registered you when you purchased RW the first time or if you had to do it seperately but all your purchases (including your RW licence) are stored in your paddle locker for future reference
Make sure you go to: https://my.paddle.com/
It’s too easy to end up at the vendor login.
