Linked text in the footer

RapidWeaver Classic General

I need a link on every page in the footer. I am using the Cameo theme and the add-on Houdini on my Home page which shows also on the Master Style. However, the other pages do not show the linked text.

Is there a way to do so?

Add a link to Pages/Settings > General > Footer
Add link with plain html
