Hi, a few of my websites need to show information to visitors pertinent to the coronavirus / covid 19. Anyone know of a good (preferably free) stack that will bring a popup message window on page opening that can be closed by the user?

I have been quite happy with InfoBar, not free though…
A bit off topic perhaps, but if you use Google Optimize, there is an option to create banners.
