Manual Backup of Rapidweaver 6

I did a search and could not find a method of backing up RapidWeaver 6 data, Plugins and Stacks. Can anybody tell me how to do this without spending $25 on RWBackup. I am sure RWBackup is wonderful but this is only needed about twice per year.

Backup:

~/Library/Containers/com.realmacsoftware.rapidweaver6/Data/Library/Application Support/RapidWeaver/

Additionally you should backup these two prefs:

~/Library/Preferences/com.realmacsoftware.rapidweaver6.plist

and

~/Library/Preferences/com.realmacsoftware.rapidweaverpro.plist
