Easiest Way to Backup RW7 Assets?

I upgraded to MacOS Sierra. All is well, but I’m thinking that I would like to wipe my drive and make a clean Sierra installation. I have a ton of Rapidweaver 7 assets (themes, stacks, add-ons). Would I need to reinstall everything by hand like I have in the past or can I do something simpler? Can I make a copy of a certain library folder, wipe, restore applications including RW, then replace that folder? My sites folders and projects are already backed up.

You can use the new User Selectable Addons folder and move your addons to a cloud.
