Media Browser does not work

When I still used RW 5 my Media Browser worked very well: I could change the size of pictures, etc. Now I have RW7 and when I select Media Browser I get a window saying Media and Libraries and nothing else. I cannot alter images anymore. What’s wrong?

To make pictures permanently available in the media browser, then follow these steps:

  1. Select File > New Album… from the Photos menu bar. Give the new album a name.
  2. Click on the pictures you want to make available in the Media Browser.
  3. Click the Add button.
  4. Click the Albums tab at the top of Photos and find the new album you created.
  5. Control-click (or right-click) the album and select Download Originals to this Mac.
    By doing this full resolution version of the pictures will get downloaded that you have selected to your Mac, making them permanently available in the media browser.
