I’ve bought the 21. November 2018 1 upgrade license via PayPal (Paddle), but I haven’t received my license number. Is something goes wrong ?
Check your email clients “Junk” folder, they sometimes get wrongly placed in there.
If you still can’t find it drop firstname.lastname@example.org an email and we’ll get you up and running.
I’ve already do it. There is nothing im spam.
I wrote an support, the 24 November and the 22 November. I have not received any awnsers.
Hi @vincentmuller - we’re very sorry about the inconvenience of this issue.
I believe there was a misspelling of the email and the invoice/order emails went to that email. As such, we haven’t been able to locate your order because of this.
