So Im building a site for a client of mine and Im needing to build a terms and conditions page that at the bottom of the page there will be a check box and a Next step button. But I only want to allow the person to proceed if that box is checked. Ive been playing around with formloom and formsnap and Im pretty sure I can make it happen but I was wondering if anyone on here had any ideas. Basically im trying to avoid having to use the email functions in order to just have a confirmation button.
