I am using the Patchy theme but the navigation tabs are too small to work with on a smart phone. How do I modify the size of the tabs and their text?
That’s one of the old “classic” RW themes. It predates the responsive themes needed for today.
Best bet would be to pick one of the newer themes. Look for the ones in the RapidWeaver 8 or RapidWeaver 7 theme drop-down.

Another option could be if you really like the look of the patchy thème you could try and recreate that look using one of the frameworks.
Picking a newer responsivetheme is probably easier…
