Please remind me how to Disable Parent Page links?

I know this is SO EASY, in most other Themes it is in the Themes Styles Settings , but Foundation doesnt have these Settings.

I am sure it is as easy as putting some HTML Before and After the Page Name in the Source List (left side), but i just cannot drag it out of memory bank, which I sense is getting smaller day by day !!!

You just want a header? <header> MY Header </header> (off site page)

You want an FA iicon? <i class="fa fa-home fa-2x"> </i>
