I don’t know if Joe still uses this zendesk, but the best would IMO be to email him at support@weavers.space
I do not think he uses it anymore. There is no link to his Zendesk support on his support website here:
There is a list if you need support of what to do and the button at the bottom of that list goes to email address @RapidBase listed above
