Publishing: Backup Complete?

I have noticed that sometimes (more often than not) when publishing (locally) that there is an inconsistency between the Backup Complete message and the blue progress bar.

The blue bar shows it is still in progress.

I am testing Elements b35 on an M4 Mac mini M4 Pro (MacOS Sequoia 15.3) if that is relevant?

I’ve noticed that too — The publishing engine is due an overhaul, we have plenty of ideas on how to improve it all.
