Publishing Single Pages

I thought there used to be a setting in Rapidweaver that let you publish just one page that you had changed. I don’t see it. Is it still around?

CTRL-Click on the page and select Publish from the drop-down menu.

Does not work. This is the menu you get on a new version of Rapidwever and it is not affected by modifier keys.

Other ideas for publishing one page?
