Rapidcartpro email reciept %CUSTOMER_NAME% issues

Hi , I am unable to get %CUSTOMER_NAME% working in email customer receipt message. I have emailed support at foreground but no response yet. Has anyone got this to work and if so please could you share the knowledge. I am using Rapid weaver 7.5.2 and current rapidcartpro version 4.10. Is there. something I am missing. I am placing %CUSTOMER_NAME% in the email message that I enter in the box that is in CART and PAYMENT settings. I have a database set up for stock management. Do i need a another one for order details ? thanking you in anticiation
