Rapidcart...lack of emails regarding a sale

I am currently having a problem with my Rapid Cart Pro, that I would like some help with if possible.

When someone orders something from my site and pays for it via Paypal, I normally then receive two emails-

  1. One from Paypal, notifying me of payment into my account, and the customers address- though crucially no details of what they have ordered, just the amount paid.

  2. An email I assume is generated from Rapidcart, detailing what has been ordered.

The problem comes about on some items only, when I only get the email from Paypal, but not the second email detailing what has been ordered. It does not happen on all items, only some.

Can you suggest any solutions or things to check?
