Rapidweaver 6 stuck during auto-update. Now cannot Open

While checking for updates, the RapidWeaver auto-update appears to have frozen. The usual RW icon has now been replaced by a white page with an A at the bottom-right and states “Rapidweaver 6 cannot be opened” whenever I click on it.

Does anyone know how to bring RW back?

Have a look through this thread… the best solution is to download and install the full package.
