Is it possible to exclude a file from an ”Upload all files”? I have a couple of video files that take ages and do not need re uploading?
Could you upload them via FTP and then link to them? Depends on how you’re displaying the videos.

One option is to use a video service like vimeo and embed the video. I don’t “house” any of my media in RW, there’s no need. Just use a service and/or upload yourself and use proper links or tools to call the media. There’s also some media stacks that work well with different content type. For example: https://stacks4stacks.com/topbox/
Another option: I seldom publish entire site. I use single page publishing almost exclusively as most of my changes are to single pages with content for that page only.
