Renaming a Project file in the Finder makes it unloadable by RW 7.0.2

Anyone else experienced this, please?

I duplicated some project files in Finder, then I renamed them in Finder. All of them opened in RW 7.0.2 without an issue.

Thanks, Rob!

Odd; I renamed MyProject_0 to MyProject_1 on the desktop and got an error message immediately on double-clicking that ‘MyProject_0.rw’ [sic] could not be found.

Try to drag the newly renamed project file to the RW icon in the dock?

Works perfectly, Rob; thank you.

Rarely though I do that (in this case it was to send a kind third party developer a copy of a file which was to be vastly slimmed down so as to isolate the particular problems with Styles). the drag and drop way seems to work…

I’m glad it works for you…

Thanks! Your help appreciated - as always
