Responsive page width and height

Hello.

I use Rapidweaver to make html pages in a virtual tour. All works well. But, pages must be responsive vertically to avoid having to scrub on small screens. I found a way to make the page centered with a stacks called “Center”. But it is not responsive when you decrease the height.
Is there a Stack or other method to make a complete page responsive horizontally and vertically?
I managed to make the responsive images high, but not the other elements.
