RW8 - Resources- Image source not changing

Using Codex theme.

Trying to change an image source but the change isn’t taking.
Tried to replicate the problem in the same project in Rapidweaver 7 but it worked fine there.
I thought it was an ‘unsplash’ thing but it was also doing it with resources (images) that I already had in the resource section.
As an example…

Here’s the original picture I’m trying to replace (‘untitled’)

And here’s the new file I’m trying to replace it WITH.

The preview shows no changes at all.

I wasn’t able to reproduce the issue on my end.

Here’s what I’m trying:

• using the <img> html and a resource macro as the src
• replacing the src value with a new/different resource macro
