Seeking freelance RW web developer to redesign and rebuild site

I am looking for a freelance RW web developer with current or near-term availability to redesign and rebuild a RW 5 site I developed and have maintained for several years.

After project completion, my plan is to maintain and update the site primarily on my own. As an intermediate RW user, I need the project done with RW themes, plugins, and addons that I will be able to use to maintain the site.

The current site is approximately 50 pages and needs to be divided into two sites and rebuilt in RW 7. The current site design used Mobilize. The two new sites will be responsive.
