Select box with values from database

Hi,
I want to build an input form that uses multiple select boxes. The options should be taken dynamically from a database. Is something like this possible with one of the form builder tools of Rapidweaver (i.e. FormSnap, Formloom etc.)? Or what is best practice to get this done.

Hi Rudolf

I used to implement this once via FormSnap3 which is able to use RadioButtons or Select Menu and write this into a database.
So far I know, it’s not yet possible to retrieve these values from the database and use it inside the form
