Not sure what you’re asking for here, are you asking for anchor’s on a page that you can link to?

If yes, you can put them in manually or you can use Joe Workman’s Link/Anchor Stack

The link would look like this:
<a href="#anchorname">Anchor Name</a>

The anchor would look like this:
<a name="anchorname"> </a>
