Sftp port issue ...again

I’m using rapidweaver Version 8.7 (20860)

I’m uploading to a server that has sftp on port 40 to the external world, and on both 22 and 40 on the LAN. From the LAN, command line sftp works on both ports 22 and 40. Rapidweaver will upload without a port specfified, but when I try to change the port with :40 in the publishing setup the upload fails with the message “Your sign-in details are incorrect, please reenter them and try again.”

All I have done is add a port specification (for a port that works with sftp on the command line) and suddenly sftp fails.

Public key authentication worked. Still, it would be nice to have a (verbose) log available in rapidweaver.
