Side panel locked in place

I love how the panel on the right side is locked into place on this site: http://emojination.themerex.net/?storefront=envato-elements

Does anyone have any ideas how I can get this to work within a rapidweaver project? We mostly use Foundation to build, btw.

Take a look at Sticky Grummage by Big White Duck, that might do what you want.

Coincidentally I made a little demo to help out on this post

Sticky grummage will work in non Foundation columns as well so long as they are equal height.
