I called into my hosting company to fix a few settings and they gave me the hard sell on their malware scanning service.

I’ve never used it in the past and just kind of thought it was a gimmick.

I wanted to put it out there and see what the general consensus is.

hmm what rubbish. the reason most sites get malware from my experience is the ISP is lousy on managing security. And as always they always seem to be using windows for servers. I would change hosting providers
