Trying to find a way to add a Spotify playlist directly to my site. I am not able to purchase the Spotify 3 stack from the RW Community store - I am directed to a “Cartloom Account Not Active” message. Are there any other options?

Alternatively, you should be able to use Spotify’s embed code and add it yourself. Embeds like this play tracks for 30 secs after which the user is asked to sign into their account or create one.
