Stacks 3 not upgrade from RW6 to RW7

I’ve upgrade stack3 into RW6 and everything ok but when i have upgrade RW7 stacks 3 doesn’t installed… i have Stacks2 installed into RW7 why!!! I try to migrate addons from 6 to 7 but nothings happened.

Help me please
