Saving RW file to external drive and stacks will not let me save the file.
Its Aug 30 and i just updated Stacks to the newest version and still seeing this bug.
Are you sure that Stacks 4 has been certified under 10.15, Catalina - which is still in beta?

My recommendation: give it another try
Catalina requires you to contact Apple’s server to approve the notarization. Sometimes it’s slow and doesn’t work. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do to change that.
The plugin is notarized and will work on Catalina
You just have to be patient with Apple’s server.
